Video Game Format Advice needed!

Yes you can play 2 player on the PC, and you can buy almost any controller for the PC that is available for a game console (many that are way better). You can also play over the internet. Why buy a game system that can only play games when you could use your PC which has better graphics, sound, and ...

Torsion Bar????

Well someone should tell Polaris they used the wrong word...

They also call their 2wd ATVs 2x4's... When they should be called 4x2's.... A 2x4 is a piece of wood ;)

Anyway as long as you get the idea. It is correctly referred to as a sway bar not a torsion bar.

Torsion Bar????

Torsion bar does basically the same thing as a spring. Coil or leaf. On a suspension system. Your talking about a track bar/sway bar. It will keep your sled flat through the corners. They definatly help in hard cornering! There is no torsion bar on any sled I've ever seen. Tosrion bars are used most...

Why not...

Catman, The reason you saw all those sleds out west using lower octane was the altitude. You can get away with lower octane ratings in higher altitudes. 87 out here is more like 90 at lower altitudes. Our 87 equivilant is 85 here in Colorado Springs ~6500ft I believe. I burn 90 or 91 in everything o...

Why not...

Hi octane fuel will not hamper HP. It will help HP if you adjust the timing along with the higher octane fuel. Which is why sleds like the Polaris XCSP's have a high and low octane switch. High octane along with the change in timing gives more horsepower. Hi octane with nothing else gives very littl...

Time to rip on...

Take a look at the front of your sled sometime drifter. It has trailing arms right? No more Pogo Sticks. Who do you think was first with that? perfected it, then Yami and Doo ripped it off. At least cat has an original front end....

Can you modify a 00' Indy 500?

How much $$$ you want to spend. That old Fuji 500 has been around since the dawn of time. Not the quickest by todays standards but definatly a reliable motor. Clutch kit will give you the most bang for the buck IMHO. I don't remember the place, but a friend bought a clutch kit for his '89 500. He ca...

compare horsepower

I thought the Doo's had the break in built into the MPEM computer. After a certaing number of hours, or miles I can't remember, it adjusts the timing back to normal. I could be wrong, but I thought that is what a Doo riding friend of mine told me.
