i have a 99 zr600 with 4900miles and a 98 cougar with 4500miles and have had no problems i may rebuild them this fall.

in the photos it looks great however the sled cowl felt cheap very easy to smash.what's up with the two bolts that hold the steering stem????it comes out of the plastic fuel tank.lots of stress on the steering i hope they don't pop out!!!!i'll have to see how they go before i order one.

hi! check to see if the throttle has a safety switch or check the fuel pump/rebuild it.my cat had bushings worn out in the throttle and it was cutting out.good luck think snow!!!!
