XCSP - Figured out problem...Replace your fuel cap gasket and tighten cap really good after fueling. I noticed when opening fuel cap would cause a vacuum, causing gas to run through vent hose, once replaced gasket and tightened good, alls well.

XCSP..I have same problem w/01 500XCSP, however had some work done to the sled, and since then, noticed fuel leaking out of vent hose when I top the tank off after trailering. Looked at the vent hose, and it was partially pinched, straightened it out and re-ran vent hose same way as my 00 SuperSport...

ostapowich - Info came in handy, Loctite sealer did the trick, smoked a little at first but no more oil on engine. The only type of torque stop I could see was on the clutch side under carb.
