Need Help from Polaris Gooruu's

Alright, what I have is 95 Polaris Storm 800 motor in a 93 Storm 750 SKS chasis. The problem is that it won't tac over 6500 rpm's. The sled idles perfect and runs excellent up to 5000 rpm's. Above 5000 rpm's it breaks up really bad all the way up to 6500 rpm's. The motor ran perfectly in the 95 chas...

Aftermarket Seats??

My dad has a 99 XCR 440 SP and he wants to put softer seat on it. Any suggestions? Heard Boss seats are pretty good, but how much will that cost? Or should he buy a seat of a newer sled that has more padding? I don't want to hear him complain about his bottom anymore! XXXcr *This Message was edited ...

What's the fastest you've been on a sled

116mph. I had my dads gps in my pocket. I wasn't going to look down at the speedo. It was down 8 mile road in McMilan, U.P. One of the coldest rides I've ever been on.

Triples Vs. Twins ???

Me and my dad have an ongoing arguement about triples vs. twins. I ride a 97 XCR 600 triple triple and my dad rides a 99 XCR 440 Sp (snocross sled). He can take me out of the whole but I will take him around 50+mph. I know that is because of the bigger displacement. My question is what do you guys t...

Skid Plate Problems...Need Help!

the more i look at it, i think they sent me the wrong one. I ordered it through parts unlimited though, they're normally pretty good about that stuff. the hardware kit that came with it only had rivets, not nuts and bolts.

thanx
