Alright, what I have is 95 Polaris Storm 800 motor in a 93 Storm 750 SKS chasis. The problem is that it won't tac over 6500 rpm's. The sled idles perfect and runs excellent up to 5000 rpm's. the more i look at it, i think they sent me the wrong one. I ordered it through parts unlimited though, they're normally pretty good about that stuff. the hardware kit that came with it only had rivets, not nuts and bolts.
