Shoman,After running up to 8000rpm,come off the throttle the engine speed drops to apox 6000 rpm and just kind of sits there for a second and slowly drops to 5000 and back shifts rpm jumps to aprox 5300 ( like downshifting a standard car) and finlay droping to the point of disengagement . ZR800 I dont have reverse ordered it without it so I would not have to deal with the secondary, got one anyway. E-mailed Ski doo for info on this thing (spring rates, optional cams) They told me no adjustment nessary and thanked me for buying a skidoo
Wish It was that easy.The rollerized shive wont work with this eletronic reverse piece of s#$t and the whole assy is over $600 through Skidoo.I am going to start to look at aftermarket units
Try this .8mm base gasket,shave head back to stock compression. 287 ramps 250/380 spring 18 lbs on secondary 23/43 gearing I ran this for 2 years on my 99 600 not alot of top end but exellent in woods
I have had 2 sets V-force and V-force 2,Broke pedals on both sets.V-f2 broke while using nitrous oxide cant blame reeds. I use them and like them,they dont last as long as stock but throttle response is great
