WSA Scheduale ?

My 2 cents: It comes down to dollars and cents. All races are about making a profit. The race site needs a profit and WSA needs a profit. Not all oval races have the fan turnout of Eagle and this is evident with the WSA constantly changing schedule. The two remaining races: Garrison: Fan turnout is ...

"Thinking Cap"

These guys are comparing the 4-stroke to 2-stroke liquids. The old phaser was a 485 fan motor. I believe the new 500 4-stroke is rated at 80 hp.

I will second that vote. 500 is a lost cause. Plus, Cory is right, there are way too many classes. All current motors are legal for the 600 class. Everyone SHOULD be happy.

"Thinking Cap"

I completely agree with my Bro. The guys who bored the 440's got the shaft. If it was me I would be a little pissed too. But, how many changes will this class survive? I assume there's a bunch of guys looking to to run this class next year (Jr's moving up, etc.) and I bet there all second guessing t...

Doug and Josh, I'm gonna have to disagree with you guys on this whole sprint thing. I think the decision to "Revise the changes" was an excellent decision. Let the 600 Sprinters be the big buck "bore to the max" class and leave the 500 the way it was designed to be (STD. bore plus .20). You guys hav...

SPRINT 500

Those poor women always get the blame! Good thing they don't read these forums!
What about that Peterson kids old sprinter? Rumor has it will be in BJ this weekend. Might be the sled to beat. Has a good driver on the seat.

Carbide sharpening stand

I have one for sale with green wheel. $200
Nice stand. Just have two of them.
Located in Minnesota. Might be a little far from Maine. Maybe it could catch a ride out east in a trailer? From BJ? If interested let me know.

SPRINT 500

Sounds like the boys with the reeds capped off will be the one's to beat this year! Take the reeds off, puncher to 500, throw on some large carbs, and go sprint racin. Sounds like an entry level mod class! I might need to find a second job if I was to build one of them!

Twin Trackers...?

I may be wrong but why can't those rubber tracks be used on the old F1 twin trackers? Are these two totally different sized tracks?
