ic, so I don't need to touch the Clutch to get the Track off? I have never done this and I still don't know all these parts

'97 - '99 Ski-Doo 670 H.O.

I bought my sled off one of my buddies, kinda a trade more less, and anyways, he told me the track was fine, He put a New_Used one on... but The one side of the track Sticks out past the Wheel further then the Other, like It offset, By at least an Inch and a Half maybe a hair less or more... and Tod...
