Slider Protection when Studding

Why only put them down the middle. I understand thats where most of the weight transfer is. If you were to go with 144 or more then would you run some down the outside?

Also have a 2000 GT 600 whats the HP? I am looking for minimal studs just to keep it straight on ice.

Dealer is going to take a look at it I think M10 is right....that is exactly where the sound "Seems" to be coming from and would explain all the dark grey grease on the outside of the tunnel, if I blew that bearing. I just recived my ...new to me 2000 Grand Touring 600.
