Riding with children

Everybody tells me the kids fall asleep. Shocking, because he doesn't seem like he wants to miss a thing these days. Thanks again for your input.

Riding with children

For those that have started riding with your child, I am curious as to what set up you went with. First of all, I see kids that are 2 or 3 years old riding double in front of their father. Is their some tether that keeps the child and father together? That just seems a bit dangerous. I have also see...

Polaris 2006 FST Classic suspension upgrade

Not sure if I need to upgrade. Just tired of the bumps. I know the sled has a nice suspension, maybe its just the trails get so beat so quick, that I am expecting too much. The sled has more sag then it used, but I am not sure if that's from the cold weather. Would rebuilding the shocks help that? A...

Polaris 2006 FST Classic suspension upgrade

I have about 1300 miles on this sled and am interested in looking into upgrading the suspension. Do any of you have any past experiences in upgrading the rear suspension in this sled? Should I just look to upgrade the shock or other parts as well. Or should I just try to dial in the stock suspension...

Studs or no Studs
Unless you race on ice and need the ultimate acceleration performance for ice, then I would simply purchase a good quality 1.25" track ie. Ripsaw for trail use. This way you avoid the weight and h.p.loss penalty of studs.
You know, that sounds good. I currently have a 1.25" t...

Studs or no Studs

Whats the opinion here on whether to stud or not? I dont ride excessively hard, maybe 50 MPH on the trails and may get up to 75 MPH here and there. The sled I am considering putting them on is a Polaris FST. I dont plan to ride on ice, yet there is sometimes ice on the trails. Also, Woody's says I n...

Parcells gone!

Whenever we get something new she reminds me of that. Then I insert joke of how we need a young 23 year old to come over for pics. Then I grab my nuts so I dont get kicked in them.

Parcells gone!

Its good to be back. With little snow last year and a change of jobs, it was hard to get on the MB. Not sure Baskett is the real deal, although he was First Team All Camp in July & August. I need to get back into the swing of things.
