Anyone have some information?

Does anyone have Garmin GPS data for the trail systems in the Tug-Old Forge areas? We have the maps (Paper) but are looking for electronic versions if anyone has made one we would love a copy.

How can I adjust the suspension to provide a better ride on a rough trail, often the sled would bottom out and feel soft rather than firm. Is there a method for setup then adjust as needed for trail conditions?

I have a 1999 Polaris 500 and was wondering how to setup my suspension for riding, I did find it to soft many times when riding on quicker trails and it bottomed out frequently. Can this be adjusted if so how is the best way to setup prior to riding and then adjust based on conditions.
