Arctic Cat center seal replacement

I left mine alone on my 440 and its fine , my sled sat for at least 15 years before i got it i just did the ends .

Need some Bombardier ATV opinions

I got a rally for my young lad he is 13, that thing goes good for a little 200,keeps right up with my 400 cat not real good in the deep stuff though.

Ya it has points ,gap should be .014-.018 timing is 12 degrees BTDC the o for timing marks is TDC the m is BTDC

72 Cheetah clutch problems

That clutch you have is an eight hunred series .I asked around and your mounts could be different.I'm not sure if you can shime the driven sheave that much. sorry I cant help much more,but i'll keep trying.Just got back from a rip myself trails are really slick.

That is alot, mmaybe go back to the motor mounts somthing dosn't sound right.

Use a straight edge on the inside of the drive clutch to the driven sheave and the gap should be 13/64 inside being the stationary side.Your point gap is .3-.4 mm .012-.016 1nches timing advance, yes timing btdc .37mm .015 inch measured at retard. NGK plug B9ES gap .020-.024 inch.I needed help with ...
