I just talked to Black Magic Racing. Apparently they changed the pipe size from 99 to 00 and the Tech there said by having the wrong clutch kit it will cause a lot of problems. He recommended going back to the stock clutch to see if anything changes. I will attempt that tonight. Thanks for the input.

Here's the deal. I bought a 99 ZR 600 with a clutch kit already installed. After noticing belt chatter and some clunking I replaced the belt. No change.
