Checked the mounts and they seems fine. The belt rides almost flush on the secondary clutch. There is a plate on the outer edge of the clutch and there are numbers 1-5 and it is at 4. I have an 96 XCR600SP and the choke cables that all go into the junction block on the dash, how do you get them out of the plastic holder? Once you get it apart all three cables are or appear to be pressed into the plastic. Any info on how to get the cables out would be great.
