These cat motors any good??

I guess I was thinking free-airs and fans. The Rotax certianly has the most pontential in the liquid classes. But you are correct. Usually the sleds that win at the drags are the ones that have had the most testing/tuning. Set-up is everything, regardless of brand.

The Staples Lake Shootout race was held a few weeks back in Comstock, WI. The results are listed in the previous post. Quick Drag Tips GPX 433

Sno-Jet, the '76-77 liquid SRXs are around 330lbs,...the '76 liquidTwister is 320lbs. The '75 GPX has an advertised weight of 367lbs.
