I did use a hammer and pounded the corner down. My complaint is why should I have to do all of the tweaking on the trailer so I don't damage my sled!! Doesn't Triton have any quality control? I will be calling them this week.

I noticed my 500sp not running as well as normal today only to find out that on the left cylinder exhaust valve, the blue threaded cap had somehow cracked and worked itself out of the valve, anyone else experience this? Where can I get the pop-up plugs that show the operation of the valves? Thanks

Yes, this is what I'm speaking of. I always turn off the fuel supply while towing, so it's not a carb. bowl issue. If anyone has looked at an XC, the vent tube is very short , compared to previous Polaris sleds.
