good fit up and a good brushing with a stainless wire brush strictly dedicated for alumium and you should have no problems, obviously run on AC. does your welder have high frequency? does wonders for welding aluminum.

personally, i am just gonna finish everything in and on top of the fridge- 2 shock tops, 6 summits, half of .750 of ron diaz 93, couple shots of windsor, 1/4 liter of e&j vsop.... that should do the trick.... may have to run up to the store and get a bottle of bubbly for midnight.
