eltigre track..

I really think that you should reconsider trying to replace the cleats with angle iron! There is going to be too much weight on the track once you get it spinning, and there isn't enough clearance in the tunnel or around the drive axle for it to turn. You are better off replacing with original or af...

Checking jets

Check your jets again, if they are tan leave it alone! You posted earlier that you weren't getting up in revs very fast while running at speed, you may have a clutching issue, such as worn pegs (don't think that you have a roller secondary on that model unless added after) on your secondary or drive...

great power until half throttle help!!!!

How do the plugs look? I think you are still to rich on the jetting. My best friend has a 94 580ZR, runs 370 jets, is very rich until it gets to 5 degrees or lower, is going to switch to 360 and it should clean up.

Check your plugs closely though, it can be a fine line!

Crazy Troubles....lol

Does it backfire and then start up in reverse? How do you start it, the recoil should only be able to start it in the correct direction.

torque flex

What kind of sled and motor? They all have some movement, if yours is extreme, check for broken or loose motor mounts. You would have to have serious mods done to a motor to need more than standard issue motor mounts.

Belt problems

It does sound like you have left over junk from the blown belt that is causing the driven clutch to not close the entire way. You said "if I put the other belt back on???", did it not blow, or did you try another belt to solve the problem, and it could be a broken spring in your driven or secondary ...

ZR600 Clutch issues

I doubt that having a different clutch kit is the problem, it sounds like it could be allignment if it is the belt that is chattering and making noise. Can you see any defects in the belt when you look at it? If they say the clutch is fine, did they look at them on the sled? Is the driven clutch fin...

Snowmobile Not Running Correctly... Need HELP!

Is there a possibility that your carbs are freezing up? have you adjusted the idle screws to see if it will change? There are also sensors for throttle position on those carbs to eliminate a stuck throttle, and they may be the culprit, try adjusting the throttles to see if they are the issue.

carb problems-wont start

sounds like you have a full crankcase, try removing the impulse line and pull it over until it is no longer pushing fuel, with the spark plugs out. Try to capture the gas so it isn't all in the bottom of the sled. Make sure you have spark and 2 new plugs, then try to start it without any new fuel go...
