PLEASE HELP WOT bogging

I've been through both clutches. At Wot under load, ie: a foot of fresh powder, it won't rev high enough to engage clutch. Doesn't even touch the side of the belt.

torque flex

How much is too much engine movement under acceleration. I have just did some welding to frame and still getting slight movement. Is this movement enough to cause poor accelration when hitting her hard?
