Yea it aint gonna happen with the harmonic balancer puller, the main bolt on the puller that contacts the crank, is too long and almost curls when you put a breaker bar on to tighten it. I am just gonna have to take it in the ass and buy the damn arctic cat puller..they must think they are the ferra...

well it's back on, I put it on with my impact gun, that way you get the tap and the tighten.. Still on there solid. I will get some breakfast here and go out and try after that. Tried a little torch action but i am guessing it needs to be red hot.

Heh no not the flywheel, I was just nervous about all the pressure I was applying. I will go put the puller back on and load it an start tapping it.

yea so, after hearing what arctic cat want for their damn flywheel puller ($180) I was one a mission first to build my own which I did and bent it... Then find alternative means (harmonic balancer puller). Yea that didn't work either(started shearing the puller bolt), holy **** that flywheel is on.....
