updated rules up @ WSA website

Gentlemen,

I don't know anything about the "newer motors" and was wondering where the Yamaha VK 540 motor fit into the mix? They are currently still in production.

planning for 08

Gentlemen, Night races are great! I would definatly show up on Friday night to race. It is my personal opinnion that there should be night races held at all tracks that have proper lighting. This would give everyone a chance to get more heats and time on the track. today USSA starts their program in...

We need help from the orginizations to accomplish this. I would be willing to take sleds to any race...

The ONLY way to revive "stock" oval racing

Mr Hooper, Like Champ 62 I also contacted an oval circult (in this case Pro-Ice) to see if I could run my 700 SRX cross country sled on an off weekend. After speaking with them it looked like the set-up time would be too much. Eventually I went oval racing anyway, but I would have started a year or ...

Question for Jerry or Watcher

Hello, I have 3 questions that may be answered by Jerry or Terry about the new 500 class. First, what defines a lay down chain case? Second, at the general meeting there was a 92 octane fuel limit proposed for this class. Are you still proposing that? How would you enforce that? I just see it being ...

Traction control

Traction control, and ABS braking is possible on a race sled however measurement of ground referance speed is diffiucult and expensive. This will probably not show up unless the factories do it first.

"Thinking Cap"

Terry, and Doug, I am ok with Terry's last proposal. It would allow my and a bunck of others current engines to compete without any rework. I would like to discuss this further with both of you. Please give me a call (414) 688 8407. As far a data acc. They are inexpensive these days. Being a bit of ...

"Thinking Cap"

Eric,

Thank for your reply. I think we all respect everyone's opinnion. It is a little hard to go down in bore size once the motor is punched out. I'm going to consult the rules tonight and see what is allowed in sprint 600. Can I continue to bore it out, ect.
