I-500 update

well for all you 500 diehards. i went by the track last night and they had both watering trucks going at it one spraying the corners and the other laying it down on the straights and the lower parts of the corners. they should have a good amount of ice on there now.for as cold as it got last night and today its only soppose to be around 10 degrees so hopefully they will get to lay alot more down. ONLY 20 more days until the green flag drops

Blessed are the ice makers for they shall bring joy to snowmobile racers and race fans around the world or at least to fans of the oval track snowmobile circuit!. Keep on pouring I-500 crew - we're proud of you. If any of you live near the Soo stop by the track and lend a hand I'm sure the guys would love the help. If can't help at least stop by and say and give a big Thanks.

HELP WANTED: Anyone that has some extra time especially during the day go on up and help the I-500 watering crew. Got the weather, now they just need some more bodies. Anyone that goes up we will give a free 1 year subscription to the WE, Leave your name & adress with an official. Subscriptions will be valid only if you work, not just visit. Walt, Yes you did subscribe over the interenet a couple times. I did send out some invoices but you need to make payment first. The Invoice I kept sending states we require payment before subscriptions begin. In October I entered your subscription at **** W. ********* Ave, Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan 49783 with an expiration date of 10/24/07. You are in the data base. I just figured I would catch you at the I-500 for payment since I kept getting internet submissions. Note *** are for privacy

steve i never received them i will contact you at the race track when are u there ya thats fine just come down to the team torture pit and if you have an issue from jan thru march's issue i would like them also

Add Jamie Vincent to your list! He showed up Thursday night to help water. Talked to him today and he said him and the guys where there until 5am this morning. He was on the way back to the track tonight to put more water down.

Thank You Jamie, your efforts are greatly appreciated. Anyone else like to help PLEASE..... come on up to the track. They could still use more help. Lets make sure THIS race gets off. We are all tired of sitting at home not racing and spectating.
