Headed to Canada today for the EPT Banquet.

Snapped a few pictures this morning before it took off.

Still some fabrication to do on the back half, but this is the general idea. Sexy, I think.

Not sure how much actual "wind shielding" it will do. It does add some character though I think.

as a dirt track and a sled guy, this looks like a way to get people to the track, this was the object,i know its early but at some point one needs to hit something just to show how good it will do,we slam 2400lbs race cars into the wall and walk away most of the time, this is a lighter sled reducing the impact, great job john and all the rest involved, keep the updates coming

I gotta say it looks pretty good, but some things seems like youve taken a step backwards from the available technology. Trailing arms are antiquated, with the advance of double "A" frame front suspension and the sway arm it seems like a likely candidate for a new sled. I know that everyone that supports this sled has a beef with the twin track, but you can't deny the technology that went into them. Nobody could compete with the money that Bombarbier put into the sleds they produced. Making it safer was a major concern, but if you wanted to race a sprint car with a track you should have just put a track under a sprint car.
