Very sad day in Snowmobile world, Bill Rader lost the fight this morning. From his knowledge to his jokes, everybody knew Billy!
We will miss you Billy, My Family Prayers go out to his Wife and Daughter. We can see you tuning on them sleds in those White Clouds.

Bill had the ability to tell you what you needed to hear. If you listened, he made you faster, better, quicker through the turn, and on the straight. He had a flair that made you understand the issue and how to solve it.Engines, chassis, shocks, all came alive and responded to Bill's suggestions and input. Not only in racing but in life, Bill advised, consulted, led the way, his comprehension of life, people, politics and time were bar none. God Speed Bill, the world will suffer your loss. Thankfully the pain you suffered, but never complained about is gone. God bless your wife and daughter who made you comfortable and loved to the end. I WILL miss you.

Our prayers go out to Bill's wife, daughter and family members at this time. Bill was always fun to work with, and always doing whatever he could do for you during the race season. Whenever we would see him he'd always bring up the time Shane lemon pledged his goggles in Eagle River and we all would have a good laugh. You could tell he wasn't laughing at you but with you!! Big difference This race team will miss Bill for sure, but he'll never be forgotten either.

Bill was absolutely one of my favorite guys in the sport, going to the track just won't be the same without him there. As I am relatively new to the engine world, Bill worked with me quite a bit on my engine projects and gently pointed me in the right direction, always willing to answer my sometimes stupid questions...thank you Bill, I will miss our long discussions as fellow gearheads...rest in peace brother.
