i was reading that to help the handling on the rev and it says to spin the up the preload and bump up the snail cam on the front arm shock at least 2 notches . but i dont no what the snail cam is. so if someone with a rev nos what that is can you please tell me what it is

snail cam??

Looks like Im going to order 2 REV's this weekend so Ill find out at the dealer when Im there. On adjustable shocks there is sometimes a slide that looks like a snail shell. The shock itself has a pin in it that sits in a notch on the back of the cam. Never heard the term but maybe that is what they are talking about. Similar shape as a throttle cam on a car.
Tell me how that 600REV works for you. Are you haveing problems getting it set up for you?
