What do you snowmobilers do for fun in the summer?

Well, I thought that I would start a little conversation seeing as there has not been too many news posts lately. Well I am sure that some of you are crazy enough to keep riding on the lawn and in the field. I wait 'til fall to do that :o). Myself, We have a Sportsman 500 and I have a Zuki Z 400 that I bang around with in the summer. I am also a fisherman. Anything anyone else has to say? SHOOT!

Tear up the neighbors yard on the sled. And run the trails with my Jeep.

It turns by speeding or slowing one of the tracks. Works great until the tracks start slipping. I prefer it, most people don't like it though. Very comfortable ride, makes quick work of the long straights.

I buy lots of vintage sleds very cheap in the summer. I stock up full, takes all summer, and it is gone the first snowflake that falls. I also ride them in the summer. Bogies kick butt! Neighbors give me funny looks. That is until they try.

Rape, pillage, plunder, the usual warm weather stuff....
If you are in the ditch, upside down, and the sled's on top of you, you are doing something wrong.....

Vans RV-4 with Lycoming O-320 (160 HP). Unison Lasar ignition. Inverted fuel/oil system. Will fly inverted about 15 seconds till engine quits due to the carb float. Can't wait to convert to fuel injection.

Wow, cool guys, keep this stuff coming. I enjoy reading about these. LOL @ BURKY!!! Christ I was LMAO when I read that. "The usual stuff." And Sledwrench, I was thinking about restoring a 76 Merc T/T 340. Any pointers? I have looked around a little bit but haven't got too serious. Deeznutz, you got a picture of that boat you could throw up here? That thing sounds killer! LATA

I'm trying to work on my house, but most of the time you can find me cruising around "The Chain" of lakes around Fox Lake, IL. I try to spend a lot of time on Blarney's Island. Lots of string bikinis out there.
