Whats the fastest youv'e been on a sled?

Hey 1 fastcougar...I'm not trying to take the plasma outta your warp core, but what body of water near Redfield is 11 miles long? The Salmon River Res. is roughly 6.5784939 miles from the bridge in Redfield, to the trail on Dam road, near the head of the Pulaski/Boyleston trail system...and besides, the borg went 231.475 mph there last trip, one of many over the last 30 years riding there..and I had to use the chute...I hate repacking that thing.:C

Seriously, Onieda lake is bigger, but way south..Delta is smaller, as is the Whetstone gulf res.on the northeast corner of Tug hill, and the little reservoir near Swancott mills isn't very big either. Hinckley reservoir over by Penn mtn..I don't think they let sleds on it..there's always some open water..and Stillwater res. is Northwest of Old Forge.
That's it for water...except for Lake Ontario.
Unless you spun for 5 miles first, before hookin up, then went the other 6.5...

I don't believe a cougar 440 would do 75? The SRX 600 I had went about 110 on the speedo,(which aren't accurate), but it felt like it.

The best my nephew and I have had my 96 ZRT800 with a D&D big bore is 148.8 mph in 2000 ft. on glare ice. The sled is set up for the ice only, far from a trail sled.

Fastest I've gone? Well it was a borrowed SRX700, hard packed road. I left a girls house, who was not my girlfriend at the time, and I was late in meeting the real one. I had to pee and I had a flannel shirt, jeans and a helmet. The road, 3 miles, straight as an arrow. No radar, no speedo, no gps. But I squeezed the grip as tight as I could for those three miles. Now someone tell me, whats the fastest I've been on a sled, because however fast it was, that felt like the fastest.
