I know someone that had the same type of problem on their 670 MKI. The problem was his electric shield hook up for his helmet. Where ever he tapped into for current for his helmet screwed up how the sled would run. Look electrial.

I have a 583 with rave, and it IS a plug eating pig. When it runs, its quick, but on a cold start up, I can fry a new set of plugs in 5 minutes!! You can clean the rave valves, but its more likely just the way that sled is. I started to rejet it a little leaner on the idles, and the mains, but it got warm outside, so I quit. If I start it with maybe 1 squirt of the primer, and ride it slowly, without hammering on it, I can get 1 set of plugs to last maybe 5 rides. Once they foul, I throw them in the woods. Good luck

That might be your problem

125-135psi is what that engine should have

I have 125psi each side on mine

80-100psi is too big of a gap between sides

the compression should be 150 on a stock 583. take the cylinders off and inspect the piston and cylinder walls.
