2 NEW YAMAHAS BETTER THAN EXPECTED

Postby St. Zenon Zero » January 2nd, 2005, 2:30 pm

Recently purchased a 2005 RS VECTOR and a 2005 RS VENTURE. Both have 1000cc 120HP four strokes under the hoods. Just got back from Quebec from our first ride on the new machines and they are GREAT. Both machines handle fantastic, have outstanding power (and quiet - no smoke), and a plush ride over the worst trails. Have been POLARIS riders for over 20 years and this was a BIG change for us. Just wondering how the other people that have purchased 2005 YAMAHAS, what their thoughts are on the new machines.

I think the RS Venture is smoother because of the long track - but the other one, the RS Vector wouldn't be a bad choice.

The trails up North in the St. Zenon area were very good until the rain Friday. Made the trails have an icy crust. My 2 friends went out the next day and came back because their sleds were over heating, no snow being tossed on the heat exchangers. Just talked to my neighbor up their and they got 3 inches today and more forecast all week long.
