00 Phazer gas leak

Postby PZ500 » March 2nd, 2005, 3:13 pm

I have a 2000 Phazer 500 and i'm only getting about 50 miles on a full tank, sometimes a little more and after the last ride i found some dripping out the bottom. I was wondering if anybody has any ideas of common places that gas leaks occur or something to help me narrow my search. A buddy of mine looked it over and found nothing but i have not yet looked. I do know i need to find the problem, the gas prices are killing me anyway and the leaks not helping matters. Thanks

Could it be the gramuet where the fuel line enters the tank?
