Polaris Team Secondary problem

Postby donethat » March 16th, 2005, 2:37 pm

With only 500 Miles on my new 2004 600 XC, every time I go Ahead or back there is a loud clunk. I checked the jackshaft and chaincase as well as the front axle, but it sounds like it's coming from the secondary. Any ideas.- keyway is good??????

Polaris Team Secondary problem

There is nothing wrong with your sled! It's the helix groove for the electronic reverse. Why? I don't know. I bought a Team and put it on my O2 and scared the heck out of me the first time it happened. My buddy gave me his helix without the groove and it's gone. If you know of anyone that's wanting to buy a Team. I'm selling it, I'm also selling my 02 600.
