Purple Primary spring with 0746-634 weights.
Suggested to use ****-614 weights over 5000'.
Red/White Secondary spring with 55/53 helix. Suggested to use 55 straight from 5-9000' and back to 55/53 over 9000'

MC:

yellow/green primary spring over 5000', purple under 5000'. ****-616 weight from 3-5000', ****-615 for higher altitudes.
Red/White secondary spring, with 55 straight helix stock, suggested to use 55/53 over 9,000'.

Sorry, I don't know the weights of the weights right off hand, I only have the part numbers.....

I have purple spring in front with 66 grams weight,(i dont know part num.) and yellow spring at rear, 55/53 helix , 23/40 gear,
I'm at 0' elev.
My track is cut to 1, and the airbox empty,
So my rpm is a bit to hight(7600,7700)so y want to put it back at 7400,I was thinking gear it up a little !!!

I would change to the red/white secondary spring, leave the helix. I'd also leave the 23/40 gear combo because of the lower resistance on the 40 tooth gear and changing to a 24 top would make you sled have an unachievable gear ration. You'd sacrifice power and top end. Leave in the purple spring and throw some more weight if need be. Try to get it down to 7500, if you're close to 7700 you're loosing almost 7hp depending on atmospheric conditions. Later,

I could give you specific tuning calibrations on a normal year....but I only have 145 miles on my sled because there's no snow and the ice is iffy....

I know that the yellow spring was the stiffest spring back in 2000, I don't know if the red white one came after that though, I guess there was a lime green one stiffer than the yellow for sno-pro's or something like that
