Best Drive Belt?

Hi, I just went and bought a new drive belt. I got the ribbed Bombardier belt from my dealer, it has the ribs on the top for better cooling I guess. All taxed, $120 Candian. Was it worth the money?
Also, what should I do to break this in on my F-III?

I guess you're all out snowmobiling eh. What kinds of belts to you guys use? Dayco, Gates, Goodyear, Factory?
Do you recommend any brand? Type?
Any places with actual belt reviews?

If your clutch is set correctly,(alignment, etc.) you should be able to get good service out of any of the High line belts. Dayco Ultimax 2, Gates Extreme, and Bombardier are all I will use.

Proper dimension, and clutching is key.

i only use dayco max2 belts i get 2000kms on my 583 which is quite good

I still use the bombardier belt, and have no problems with them. My buddies will only use Goodyear "power streak" belts or dayco. Personaly I would take that 120$ belt back, and try the Goodyear belt.

OEM are just as good as anything and are more wallet friendly.
