Isn't that why then invented trailers...load it up and get out there- how bad do you want to ride? Did I need to go all the way to Wisc to ride could I have found a closer spot less than 18 hrs away? Of course but you "do what you gotta do"... We're still in real good snow on Tug HIll but I go to find more adventure- you guys w/o snow should too.

And you still lookin to find a sled kneedeep? Sucks to be you. If you would just see the light and buy a Cat you wouldn't be postin every other day about how to fix this or that and that you would like to buy this or that. Now just get a Cat and be done with it. Then when you see a weather report for a big snowfall you can get excited. Not bummed that you can't get that BOMBardier to run!

my olympic still runs, and extremely well at that. It just the other 1 that needs work. and for your information i got another sled for parts so i will be up and running with the other quite soon.

now, since you are so loyal to cat, if you could suggest a cat that is fast, sporty and thrives in powder (like a skidoo renegade or somthing), maybe i would consider it.....

Actually I'm not loyal to Cat, I'm loyal to the money I earn every day at the factory I work at bustin my back so I can go have a little fun on the weekends. And for my money, the Cat gives me the best value per dollar of any of them. The Polaris I recomended to you on your other post would be a good sled for the money too. You said you wouldn't consider a Cat so I didn't recomend a Cat. You sure seem to follow the wind, you need to step back and ask yourself, "what do I really want," and stick with it until achieved. Do what is necessary to make it happen WHILE continuing your education.

well I'm kinda uncertain of what i want. I need to make a good choice since after this i probably wonty buy for a while. Overall i want the best value for my dollar and somthing that is multi purpose...but I'd somthing more than a work machine. And while i prefer doo, it all comes down to preference and whatever works, so i am prepared to buy another brand. it just depends whats on the market.
I think I've clearly outlined what i want in a sled, so i think the sled i get will have to be the sled that best fits that desription or the one i like most....

I think here in WI were getting the storm that your talking about, except its 6-12 in here in appleton, too bad my sled is up in rhinelander, because i could at least go out on Winnibago, and the big snowfall is more to the south, around here so when i go up next weekend they will only get 2-4 in. but hey, at least the trails are a little bit better, eh?
