lower altitude does result in more power, due to higher air pressure. (Does the same thing as turbocharging, only not nearly as much) Even adjusting jetting doesn't totally counter this.
I am currently riding a yamaha 4S. Who would have guessed?

Just plain more O2 in the air, thus a better burn in the cylinder, thus more power, thus more speed.

Actually, 126 MPH is about right for a TCat. I've had 3 and all have topped out at one time or another at 126-127 on their best runs (Both radar and GPS verified). To get much more top end, you need to change the gears, no matter what mods you add to it to get more HP. It just gets there faster.

Do you guys think that 110 mph out of a 2000 xc-6 on glare ice, 1/2 mile sounds reasonable?144 studs, and some clutching?
