What pulls your toys??

mxz800rider I had a 2000 F-150 SuperCab before my 250. I loved that truck just as much as I do this one. Towed better than my 250 did, but that's because that 5.4l had it's hands full worrying about a 7000#+ truck before it was concerned with the trailer. Actually believe it or not, my favorite truck I've even owned in my life is NOT a Ford. I had a '97 Dodge Dakota Sport 4x4 before I had my '00 F-150. That truck was awesome. I ordered it with a 5.2l 318,auto,4x4,sport package,cd/cass.power everything, sliding rear window, fog lamps,31"x10.5"x15" tires and Aluminum Wheels.,trailer tow package. Talk about a Fast Little Fu@ker Too. The only reason I sold it was because I got hired in at Ford and I thought I'd better get something from them. I miss that truck.

2001 Dodge 1500 quad cab 4x4 last of the 318's. You buy what you build, way to go Superduty. That's the motto at our plant but some people just don't get it. I work at DaimlerChrysler in Detroit.

In my '01 F-250 Crew Cab 4x4 5.4l auto, with 3.73 gears, I'd say roughly 12-14 city 16-17 highway and 9-11 towing a 2 place Flow 10' trailer, with one in the bed. Depending on the wind and if I had to use 4wd or not in the snow. Most of the time I drive to the U.P, so there is a lot of up hill driving going there and coming home as well.
