AWS-5 -VS- AWS-6 which handles better

My vote goes to aws-5 easier to go faster And less tippy.When they finally perfected it they went to aws-6.What the f`u`c`k firecats are ugly.Or should i say to each is his own.

I don't know fore sure. I had a 2000 zr500 with the five, and I bought a f6 this year which has the six. I only put 70 or so miles on so far this year. The firecat rides better but I think the zr handled better in the corners. Just my opinion.

The AWS V (ZR's) corner much flatter than the AWS VI (Firecats) and are quite a bit more stable. Fcats may be better in big bumps, but you really have to lean to make them corner. My 2 cents, I've ridden them both.

I have seen cats with the f-6 corner faster on ice than I think anyone here can.....jus a thought.

Stinky - so when it was cornerin so good - was it on fire? Just askin?

Or was it spinnin out - because spinnin out could be considered cornering hard.

The only reason AWS-5 takes corners more flat is because it does not turn that sharp at all. AWS-6 does not seem to have any give. Both are crap.

Yes it was a sanctioned event BL.... the fact is though I don't think anyone here could make their sleds turn faster than those f-cats. But some people sure do have some opinions about the f-cats not bein able to turn. You gotta set each an every machine up if you truly want to see how they perform. An then choose what suits you best. I bet some f-cats will be out cornerin some zr's all winter...it all depends on who is settin them up an who is ridin them. Same with the doo's...I bet there will be mxzx's still winnin backyard weekend races over the rev's.....as for poo its kind of irrelevant...a 2000 or 2001 polaris won a race last year at a sanctioned x-country...so just pick the BNG's you want with that brand, the year don't matter as much.
