Ya, too cold is when you step outside and the first breath you take freezes your lungs. Not to mention uncomfortable- all of you that say it is never too cold to ride- have you ever broke down or ran out of gas when it is that cold? Take a walk? Go outside and just walk around once. I will go snowmobiling when it is below 0* but I really rack on the miles in the 0-20*F temp range.

We were out doing some trail work yesterday and it was -32*C (-42* with the wind chill). -40 C is the same as -40 F. DAMN cold!

When is it too COLD???

We put on about 120 miles yesterday and temps were between 0 and -15 F. Thank god for moguls and hand guards to keep us warm. The only thing that got cold on me was the inside of me cheeks, just under my nostrils. All 6 of us had goggles and sno-x helmets.Other than that I was good.
There's a fine line between fishing, and standing on shore looking like an idiot.
