Got Shocky's pictures to come out finally. This was Monday/Tuesday's trip. By the way, the trails are AWESOME in the UP right now... at least the Northern UP trails...

We're still up here. Hopefully Shockman will have some pics from "out west" today. He, his wife, his cousin and a friend took off towards Little Lake and Gwinn (and who knows where else) at about 11 this morning. Sweet Pea and I took off in that direction after 1:30 this afternoon, but only went as far as Hawkeye Red's. It's been snowing and blowing every day since we've been here. Alger county is getting pounded right now and there are a lot of white out conditions out there. You don't have to go far to find waist deep powder up here right now. Having a blast, but not looking forward to the trip back to Ohio tomorrow morning!

And no, Loud, that's Sweet Pea leading the pack of "braapers". He has a 1999 ZR600, mine's a 2002 ZR 600. Do you believe he actually bought me a [i]better[/i] sled than his own? They're both ZR600's, but mine is a Cross Country Limited Edition. I like the 1.25" paddles and the handlebars are PERFECT for me! I busted up my upper arm and totally demolished my right elbow three years ago, and the handlebars are on risers and pulled back just a smidgeon. (Perfect for someone that can't straighten out their arm).

that first picture is awesome! i wish i could get a pic like that of all my riding buddies. well, that's just my family. i dont have riding buddies yet. :(

Kawi that aint me all over the trail, thats the rest of the pack playin cath shocky (tee hee).
Heading out to the casino now to earn some gas money to get home, then its cocktail time.

Time to go home... Christmas vacation is over. :(

On the UP side... if anyone's looking for snow, it hasn't stopped snowing in Alger County since we got here last Saturday! Head east or west and I'll bet you'll see sunny skies, but I see nuttin but snow right now!
