04 Pro x2

Postby DITCHBANG » May 29th, 2004, 4:08 am

Does anyone own or have rode any size Pro x2 from last year? 600, 700, 800. With all the relative boring new sleds Poo is dishing out this year, I was thinking of getting an 04 x2.
Handlling, accel., reliability, engine?
Thanks
R.B.

Picked up a 04prox2 700 at the end of last year. Only got to ride it 300 miles but liked everything about it. Clutch it, jet it and you'll have a blast with it.

The only Pro-x 800 I rode with last year was slow. and it felt like it was made for just playin on a sno-x track.

Only seen 2 of them last yr, both 800`s.
1 was drag racing a 600xcsp and getting beat. The other I seen was at a trail stop sign after a long smooth flat fast strait trail and the guy was sitting there all clutched over rubbing his hands, arms and the top of his legs. Might be a cold ride on that thing??

Seen one this last year going down the road on the back bumper of an XCR800.....

i seen an orange one this year that no one could touch on the trail. it all depends on what you want it for, if your going to cruise or drag race like most of the weenies on here, you dont want it but if you going to smoke f7's through the bumps, and you want one of the strongest chassis ever built it's the machine for you

If and when I move to Wisconsin, I will be using it for trail riding. And ditch riding if they allow. I sure like the looks of the 800 LE ( the orange one )
I've never ridden the new one though. I hardly saw any on the trail this year.
One thing though, that thing does look like it would be kind of cold. Not allot of windshield.
