I have seen a SHIZZLE load of pics on line, and in sled rags. The P/Q has everyone beat. LONG trails, WIDE trails, WELL MARKED AND SIGNED trails, literally hundreds of groomers, Relais every tankful or so, clean comfy lodging that is easy on the wallet, people who actually KNOW what a sled is, cause they all OWN sleds.....No US state save for Maine can even come close. Maine has the room and sleds, just not so many clubs or groomers.

I respectfully disagree....Wisconsin has over 14,000 miles of snowmobile trails..more than Michigan, more than Minnesota...in fact the most, and largest trail system in the USA...the trails are maintained by clubs who do a good job of marking, and grooming trails (some better than others)..We have excellent bars and resturants to eat at and lots of lodging,and snowmobile service centers....with plenty of rental places too....I like Upper Michigan too....but they don't mark or groom their trails nearly as well....and don't have as many places to stop, get gas, eat or relax in.......I like Wisconsin when we have snow.

Right here in Sullivan County,it is close, cheap and not crowded.Who needs a groomer.Some trails are night time use only,but I will take what we have.

actually wisconsin has over 22,000 miles of trails which i beleive is the highest in the country.
