You can get a class 'c' license by filling out a questionnaire you can get from any pyro place then send it in with a $100. 1 catch you can't have any department of justice records felony's...etc..

Stop by the local co-op, pick up a few tons of ammonium nitrate (fertilizer), on your way out, soak it with diesel fuel till wet. Next, park in the sun, or in open field, and use small explosive device to detonate. When you're done, tell Timothy McVay hello. :)

All the makins fer the good stuff is in the class c stuff.....buy lots of it and have some patience takin em all apart and rollin yer own. Don't be scared ta use lottsa duct tape, a good boomer can rip thru several layers of it like asswipe ........and use the longest fuse pieces
