My buddy picked up a 50th with walker evans last year. He has had all the updates.

Well when we first wen't at it he got the jump, I was asleep at the loud handle, well it took a good quarter mile before I cought and very slowly passed him.

The next few times he would jump out in front for about 50 to 60 feet I would go by him (slowly) and he would be behind me for the rest of the lake.

What suprised both of us was the 50mph roll on my attak was faster every time. Even when we did it at lower speed I would pull away, faster tahn if we had started from a dead stop.

Not bad for 136 against a 121. Let the trashing begin.

Why would that surprise you with the 50 mph roll on?....those four strokes have a much wider power band than the two smokers...I'd be surprised if you weren't faster at a 50 mph roll on.

I just thought that when I rode his fusion last year it felt real strong in the mid range. Couple notes he weighs about 15lbs less than I do. I had about 4 gallons of gas he was full.

Listen Skunk I will buy a new sled every year just to piss you off. You know what I may take the "old" sled and just give to somone who wants a sled and can't afford one. What are you sending me? I was mentioning the weight thing just as a side note, in drag racing I think it matters. Doing a 1000 miles in quebec or on trails it actually helps, you don't bounce around is much. :)

It doesn't matter to me, Skunk, who wins what race. I put it up because I thought you guys would be all over the fact that a fusion 900 was a challange. Our final thought on these impromptu races was that the were bacically the same in speed department.
