It has a little more variable input from the user.
Though to be honest, the less you spend on energy the lower you'll score.
Its not accurate because NOx is a powerful GHG... but not politically progressive.

They generally don't count fuel used in off-road situations.
Not sure what the national numbers are but for NH... non-road usage (everything from weedwackers to high performance boats) is 3% of total fuel usage.

Apparently if you live in California, you automically have a lower carbon footprint than if you live in ND. What gives?
I am currently riding a yamaha 4S. Who would have guessed?
