My condolences to those that use this groomed trail....I have read about this trail and the sites, and wondered at times what a ride through there might be like. Losin any of our rw sledding areas sucks.

Too much trouble for the plow operators to lift the blade a few inches and give us something to ride on. And guessing a few folks er pissy about sleds running the road edge down to the Beartrap. It will be ok once they find a property owner whose pocket can be padded with MSA funds to allow us access.

Too much time spent in the Beartrap.

Received a video from the MSA showing that short stretch of road with no visible road damage as the Alger county road commission claims. Maybe giving us the REAL reason would be something we could go forward with. Still think it's complaints about sleds taking the shortcut off trail and down H-58 east the 5 miles er so down to the waterin hole.

sometimes the damage done is invisible, like the damage icehole does to trashers souls or the damage arctic cat does to your kidneys.
