Wow, that seems low... But if its an accurate dyno, I guess I won't have too much to worry about for the '02 MXZs; my '6' will continue to surprise a few great-8 folks....

Hey Bubbles, yeah that's right close to the same hp as some 7's... Last months issue of Snow Tech dynoed the XC7 VES at 132.3hp and 89 ft/lbs. Amsnow recently dynoed the Viper at 122hp and 76 ft/lbs. Also in the Snow Tech article that had the dyno test of the VES7 made a mention of draging it against 2 different MXZ800's and a Renegade 800, they said the XC7 pulled on everyone of them!

Amsnow dynoed the 02 MXZ800 at 134.8Hp @ 8000 RMP and 90.5 Ft/lbs of torque @ 7800 RPM. I thought they were supposed to be better this year, not worse. Poor Baz lol

hey xc, hate to disapoint ya but at the bavarian cup the only class that polaris won in stock was the 600, there wasnt not even a ves twin in the 700 or 800 final!! and bridgeport polaris is always among the top. stop bragging xc and start dragging! snow is just around the corner bro.

Were there even any VES 7's and 8's there?? Probably not, Polaris just recently started to ship the 7 and 8 ves's. The reason they were at Haydays and Wausau (which may I remind you that Pol dominated both places down the board) was because Polaris had it's grass drag race teams there (They were the first one's to receive the 700 and 800 VES sleds).
