what the diffrecnt between the sno-pro ver. and the reg.? im looking at buying an F5 this year. can you get the X-link? i cant wait till the 15 when cats buld your own sled thinggy come up i need to now know cuz i got a good offer for some thing.

Yeah, when the "thinggy" is available, maybe you ought to order the Britney Spears LE option too. It has her face airbrushed on the seat and will top out at 69mph! That's a little slow, but it will excel in Virgin powder!

No CrossLink this year. Also the brake is moving back up to the Jack Shaft.

The Web site "Thingy" will be for 3 colors (Green, red, black) and 4 graphics packages (Patriot, Team Arctic, Saber Cat or Canadian) and the "Sno Pro" option which is a deep lug track and ACT remote reservoir shocks all around.

Powersports. Can you explain the difference between the cross link and the remote reservoir shocks. I don't know very much about it.

The cross link connects the two skid shocks and this causes the skid to couple like the mechanical system Cat, Pol and Doo use. Its supposed to be much more progressive, so there isn't a "hit" when the skid couples.

The "clicker" or remote resivoir shocks are not connected. The remote res adds oil and surface area to the shock so they run cooler and as a result don't fade as quickly as a standard shock. The clicker part allows you to adjust damping or rebound, whichever they're set up to adjust.

The cross link does use a remote res also.

Have you riden a sled with the remote reservoir. I heard someone say that it can be adjusted and put more/less pressure on the front. Possible make the front end float better in deeper snow. Didn't know if it was true or just a bunch of S%#t

The remote reservoir "clicker" shocks enable you to adjust damping......The remote arm adjust allows you to adjust ski pressure on the fly.
