There are lots and lots of companys that sponsor. You just have to contact them and send in a resume. For most companys though, its to late for this years race season, you need to get an application and send in your resume early in the year, then they send you back either a denial letter telling to try again next year, or they send you a racer contract to fill out telling you that you are accepted.
If you can't impress em with you knowledge, confuse em with your bullsh*t
