That is awful. It makes my stomach turn, I can not even imagine. :( I'm glad no one was hurt and good luck to all the teams.

The DNR gave us the ok to go out there they said it was safe. And actually it would of been if they wouldnt of parked so close together. Dont make it sound like we are the dumb a$$e$.

My comment was directed at the frustration that people could have been hurt or worse. I just think that no matter how safe thet thought it would be that's a lot of weight. Anyone I know that saw it on TV thought the same. Glad no one was hurt. Can you sue the guys that said to park there??? I like lake ovals too but hope everyone parks on the shore next time.

Man that really sucks, I am glad no one got injured. We had some races in MIRA where we parked out on the ice, Raber Bay being the one I remember best. It scared the bejesus out of me to be parked next to a 18 wheeler on lake ice. We didn't have any probs that year, but I raced on Crystal lake one year where a 35' trailer went through the ice, I hope the guys can get their equipment ready for Eagle!
