They put the hay out saturday morning as far as my sled went in. I walked over there and there wasn't bales where I had went in, is could see where the board was broke that I went through, and that was about ten feet infront of my sled. I was lucky though because I hit between the poles, from what i was told Ed Devault hit the pole. That is a real bad deal and I hope to god he can recover from it and be back with his family and with us at the track.

I always thought they did not put enough bales on turns 2 & 4. When I was a kid I seen something like what happened to Ed and Steve, happen to Mark or J. Scott Mondus (can't remember which one) in turn 4. Which ever one it was got hurt pretty bad.
