Anybody got 77 SRX's

Curious about anyone who has one of these rare beauties.I found mine 3 years ago. What a jem. I think it's cool that everyone talks about the new 440s and 500s having 100hp+ and such strong motors. The 77's will forever be remembered as the original butt kicker. Tell me about yours!

No SRXs here, but I have some other racers. Here's a pic of my 76 twisty and 77 Z modified.

My friend, those are a couple of beautiful sleds! I have always wanted to put a 76 twister next to my srx. How long have you had them? Did you find them like this or have to do some work? Seeing that old cat (and merc) brings back lotsa memories of the oval days.

I've had them a couple years, I started collecting about 3 years ago. I have 7 liquid twisters and 5 liquid Zs, and various other vintage racers. No SRX though, would like to find a 77 to have.

7 twisters wow! Do you have 250,340, and 440s? That's a sweet collection if you do.I thought I would try to get a Yamaha from every year collection going but that idea takes alot of room and $$$. I recently bought my own business,so.... I hope I don't regret it but I sold some of my sleds. I had a 74 and a 75 GPX 433's that I let go.That 74 was quite a runner.Hope someday i'll get going again.BUT I did hold on to the 77.

Ya, I have 2 of each and I have a 340 SnoPro. The 440s are fast, but the 250s are most impressive. NO other 250 can touch them, I can even beat alot of 340 and 440s in 500' ice drags with the little 250!!!!

PerfMoto, I'll give you a call sometime this week.

neither of the 250s I have a BONE STOCK...both have my clutching and one has my head design and the other just has 38mm carbs on it. Never raced them side by side, but both come in over 7,000 (one comes in about 7,600) and spin out around 9200 peak, which might be a bit high for stock porting. I don't know the horsepower, I'm guessing around 60. Not for sale!!!!! You know that!
